In addition to the animal fees, there is a daily rate of $250 per hunter, which covers guides, lodging, and meals. Non-hunters can join for a daily fee of $200. Prices are subject to change.

Wounded Animal Policy

A wounded animal is considered a kill. Every effort will be made to locate this animal.

Hunting License

Non-resident special hunting license is $132. Alternatively, a non-resident 5-day license is available for $48. Hunters must purchase licenses prior to arrival.

  • What’s the closest airport to the ranch?
    Midland International Air & Space Port is the closest airport. We recommend renting a vehicle for the drive to our ranch.
  • What’s the best way to get to the ranch?
    Driving directions will be provided upon booking. We are accessible via Highway 2400.
  • Do you provide transportation to and from the airport?
    We do not provide airport transportation, but we can recommend local services if needed.
  • Where is the ranch located?
    We are located in the Chihuahua Desert near Sanderson, Texas. Our ranch is easily accessible from highway 2400, and the closest airport is the Terrell County Airport-6r6. Detailed directions will be provided upon booking.
  • Do I need a hunting license to hunt at your ranch?
    Yes, a valid Texas hunting license is required for all hunters. Some species may have specific licensing requirements. If you’re unsure which license you need, we’re happy to assist you in obtaining the correct one.
  • Do you allow non-hunters to accompany guests?
    Yes, non-hunting guests are welcome! There is a small additional fee for lodging and meals. Many of our clients bring friends or family members who enjoy the experience without participating in the hunt.

    Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future hunt if you cancel at least a certain amount of time in advance. No-shows and late cancellations will forfeit the deposit. For details, please visit our refund policy page or reach out to us directly.

    To book a hunt, visit our contact page or call us directly at (432) 201-1019. We require a deposit to secure your reservation, and spots fill quickly, so we recommend booking in advance.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and wire transfers. Please contact us if you need to arrange a specific payment method.
  • How much is the deposit to reserve a hunt?
    A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. The precise amount will be communicated throughout the booking process.
  • Do you offer custom hunting packages?
    Yes! We can tailor a hunting experience to your specific needs, including multiple species, extended stays, and additional amenities. Contact us to discuss a custom package.
  • Are the hunts fully guided?
    Yes, all our hunts include professional guiding services. We offer both fully guided and semi-guided hunts, depending on your preference and experience level.
  • What species are available for hunting?
    We offer a wide range of exotic game species, including Gemsbok, Axis Deer, Blackbuck Antelope, Aoudad, Oryx, and more. Whitetail hunts are also available. A full list of species can be found on our pricing page.
  • What’s included in the hunting package?
    Each package includes access to our ranch, professional guide services, transportation within the property, and field dressing of your harvest. Lodging and meals may be included depending on your package selection.
  • What happens if I don’t harvest an animal?
    While we strive to provide a successful hunt, we cannot guarantee a harvest. However, our guides will do everything possible to increase your chances of success. A wounded animal is considered a kill. Every effort will be made to locate this animal.
  • What amenities are included in the accommodations?
    Our lodging includes comfortable beds, full bathrooms, dining area and outdoor spaces to enjoy the scenery. We offer meals in a chef-style kitchen with comfortable dining amenities and and outdoor area with barbecue and a fire pit.
  • Can I bring my own food and drinks?
    Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food, drinks, and snacks. However, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate storage and preparation needs.
  • Do you offer on-site lodging?
    Yes, we provide comfortable lodging options for our guests. Our accommodations feature clean and cozy rooms, meals, and a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a day in the brush.
  • Is alcohol allowed on the property?
    Yes, alcohol is permitted in designated areas, but consumption is not allowed before or during active hunts for safety reasons.
  • Are meals provided?
    Yes, our packages include meals, prepared in a chef-style kitchen.
  • Do you offer gun sighting or shooting ranges before the hunt?
    Yes, we have a shooting range on-site where you can sight in your rifle or test your bow before your hunt.
  • Can I rent a rifle or bow?
    No, we do not offer firearm rentals.
  • What caliber or type of ammunition do you recommend?
    The best caliber depends on the species you’re hunting. Generally, we recommend .270, .30-06, .300 Win Mag, or similar for larger game. We will provide detailed recommendations when you book.
  • Do I need to bring my own firearm or bow?
    You are required to bring your own firearm or bow. If you need assistance with selecting the appropriate caliber or draw weight, we’re happy to help.
  • Can I take my meat home?
    Yes! We encourage responsible use of harvested game, and we can provide meat processing recommendations.
  • Do you offer taxidermy services?
    While we don’t do taxidermy in-house, we work with trusted local taxidermists and can arrange transportation of your trophy.
  • What happens after I harvest an animal?
    Our guides will assist with field dressing, skinning, and preparing your trophy.
